Before starting any procedures, we find out the patient's wishes and possibilities in order to be able to offer the most suitable treatment plan, in which the emphasis is placed on long-term stability. The patient receives a treatment plan including both the estimated costs and the work to be done.

10 veneers with minimal teeth preparation (0.5mm)

Our patient wanted to restore worn teeth and make them brighter. Teeth whitening had been tried, but results did not meet expectations. Before we started treatment, we performed digital case planning, created a 3D printed model and did mockup to decide about the necessity of treatment. Mouth guard must be worn during the sleep to ensure long term stability.

Complete replacement of existing restorations on all teeth in the maxilla and mandible

The patient had composite veneers made at another clinic several years ago, which over time became discoloured, started to crumble, underneath they started to develop decay and inflamed her gums.

We performed hygiene, removal of existing restorations, tooth repair and created 25 new zirconia ceramic crowns and veneers.

4 porcelain veneers

The main task was to create a natural, symmetrical smile in a situation where the natural teeth were slightly tilted to one side, and the fillings had some discoloration. A simple solution with just 4 veneers managed to improve both the color and symmetry.

A challenging case where the treatment sequence started with orthodontics and ended with 8 ceramic restorations (crowns and veneers). It was important to restore occlusion, the symmetry of the smile, and the color of the teeth.

A situation where the teeth have already been repaired several times before, but the patient wanted to improve the color, shape and durability of the teeth. We created 6 zirconia ceramic crowns that cover natural teeth from all sides.

Aesthetics after orthodontics

Patient after orthodontic treatment. The bite was stable, but visually the teeth were not the same colour, they had been corrected many times before and the patient wanted to lighten them.
We made 6 ceramic restorations – 2 ceramic crowns (surrounding the tooth from all sides) and 4 ceramic veneers (surrounding the front and sides of the tooth).

Replacement of lost teeth with 6 implants (Straumann SLActive)

A situation where all upper teeth are either lost or with a very poor prognosis. The treatment consisted of 4 stages:

digital planning to determine the optimal position and appearance of the teeth

The patient wanted to improve the position of the existing teeth, straighten them and improve the color. We created 6 zirconia ceramic crowns using patient’s own teeth as a basis.

The treatment is carried out in multiple stages. The first stage of a larger treatment plan, which later included 5 implants and more zirconia crowns. The priority for the patient was the appearance of front teeth, so we started with that and continued the rest of the work later.
